The tables, which are published this time every year, show 100 per cent of students got three or more A-levels and there was an overall rise in the numbers getting A* grades.
In addition, at least a quarter of students achieved passes at A* or A grade.
Head teacher Tina Yardley said: "We know how hard all students, their families and members of staff have had to work in order to reach this level of achievement.
"Every student is an individual and valued by the whole Wadebridge community and we should all be very proud of these young people as they move onward.
"Former students are now confidently embarking on the next step in their lives in employment, training or university or college places."
Among those pupils who got at least two A* grades were Bethany Morphew, who has gone on to study medicine, Hannah Cox who is now studying human bioscience, Heni Pentony, who is studying psychology, and Heidi Thomas, who has gone on to study quantity surveying.
The results mean the school is now in pole position in the county A-level league table.
The school has posted the results for all publicly funded and independent schools and colleges in Cornwall on the front page of the school website www.wadebridge.cornwall.sch.uk
