Window contest

WADEBRIDGE Chamber of Commerce will mark St Piran's Day for the first time this year with a shop window display competition.

Shopkeepers are being encouraged to adopt a Cornish theme and entries will be judged on the day itself, March 5.

The chamber is also asking people to fly the saint's flag and say if the event is a success, it could be repeated every year.
